the months of March and April, any reservations made by parties 18-24 will be
charged an additional $1,000 security deposit, to be refunded, partial or in
whole, upon check-out, subject to accommodations inspection. Also, registered
parties of any age will be held responsible for any damages by their
accompanying parties, whether registered or not.
