Pelican Bay has invested over $7 million in the development of The Canal House, a five story building offering a total of 30,680 square feet (2,850 square meters) of highly flexible meeting and function space. The Canal House includes a new breakfast and special function restaurant of 3,120 square feet (290 square meters), an intimate, ballroom style meeting room with wrap around balconies of 3,110 square feet (289 square meters) and four additional meeting rooms, each offering 655 square feet (61 square meters). Two of our smaller meeting rooms can be combined into one room of 1,310 square feet (122 square meters), and one serves as a boardroom style meeting space.
